Job Summary:
We, Chromaprint India Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore, are looking for Operator Trainees (For Printing and Injection Moulding) who are eager to learn and build a career in manufacturing. Selected candidates will be trained in machine operations and production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and operate production machines through training
- Assist in day-to-day manufacturing activities
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Monitor basic production parameters and report issues
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area
Training & Development:
- Structured training will be provided on machine operations
- Hands-on learning with guidance from experienced operators
- Performance will be evaluated after training
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI / Diploma / BE/BTECH /Any DEGREE / Any technical qualification preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Basic mechanical or technical understanding is an advantage
