Key ResponsibilitiesRaw Material Inward Management
- Receive raw materials, packing materials, and consumables as per approved procedures.
- Verify received materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Vendor Invoices.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for sampling and material status labeling.
- Ensure proper unloading, identification, and storage of materials.
- Maintain segregation of Quarantine, Approved, Rejected, and Returned materials.
- Update ERP/SAP system for all inward transactions.
- Monitor FEFO/FIFO implementation for material issuance.
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock verification.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor stock levels and report slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry materials.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels to support production requirements.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
Finished Goods (FG) Outward Management
- Plan and execute dispatch activities as per sales and distribution requirements.
- Verify dispatch documents, batch numbers, quantities, and shipment details.
- Ensure FG dispatch follows FEFO/FIFO principles.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport vendors for timely deliveries.
- Generate dispatch documentation including invoices, e-way bills, and transport records.
- Track dispatched goods and maintain dispatch records.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain warehouse records as per GMP and GDP requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping and compliance with 5S standards.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Dispatch teams.
- Report inventory status and warehouse KPIs to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
