Primary Responsibilities
Hands-on operation of high-pressure reactors, continuous distillation columns, catalytic reactors, scrubbers and process gas compressors.
Monitor and control process parameters as per SOP.
Operate process equipment safely and efficiently.
Handle tanker loading and unloading operations.
Maintain process logs and records.
Coordinate maintenance activities and PTW compliance.
Respond to emergencies as per HSE procedures.
Optimize use of raw materials and utilities.
Support commissioning and PSSR activities.
Maintain 5S, SAP transactions, MAINTWIZ, environmental and quality records.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Polymer Engineering with 2-7 years of relevant experience.
