Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting healthcare services/products, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a passion for achieving sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Promote the organization's healthcare services/products to hospitals, Dental clinics, doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct presentations and explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of healthcare services/products.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM software.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional activities, health camps, exhibitions, seminars, and awareness programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, medical devices, or wellness industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
