Key ResponsibilitiesSite & Project Execution
- Supervise day-to-day construction and interior fit-out activities
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Handle site measurements and verify quantities
Quality & Safety Control
- Conduct quality checks for civil works, finishing, and materials
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and company standards
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Liaise with procurement and store teams for material planning
- Attend client and consultant meetings when required
Planning & Documentation
- Study drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
- Prepare work schedules and material requirement plans
- Maintain site records, approvals, and completion documents
Cost & Material Management
- Monitor material usage and control wastage
- Assist in estimation and billing support
- Verify subcontractor bills and measurements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
