Looking for Site Engineer - civil
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: diploma in civil, construction or any related field.
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years
AGE : 30-45
WORKING HOURS: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm (Monday - Saturday)
Note: working hours may vary based on project deadlines. Sunday work may be required in case of urgency.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must own a two-wheeler - travel allowance will be provided.
- proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
- knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage
- Good communication and co ordination skills
ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES:
- Execute construction plans as per project requirements
- Monitor and inspect ongoing site work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure laborers are performing tasks correctly and efficiently.
- Maintain site records, reports, and billing documentation
- Coordinate and report to the Project Engineer
- Ensure adherence to safety and construction standards
- Assist in managing materials and site resources effectively
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong site supervision skills
- basic knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Good problem-solving ability
- Team co-ordination and time management .
