Position Title: MIS Cum Sales Coordinator
Location: On-site
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Reporting To: Business Head
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Cum Sales Coordinator to support the sales team through accurate data management, reporting, coordination, and backend operations. The role requires strong analytical ability, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of sales processes across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily sales MIS, reports, and data records
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards and trackers
- Support sales coordination and backend operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, and operations) for timely execution
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business review documents
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data and documentation
- Track sales performance metrics and highlight key insights to the Business Head
- Follow up with teams for pending data, closures, and reporting inputs
- Support the Business Head in day-to-day operational and analytical requirements
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong coordination and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced on-site environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in MIS reporting / sales coordination / backend operations
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools and dashboards
- Understanding of FMCG / beverages / sales-driven environments (preferred)
