We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain products/services and convince customers to make a purchase or visit.
- Generate and maintain daily lead records.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions/sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
