REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Social Sciences, Physical Education, Sports, or an equivalent qualification.
· 8–10 years of experience in conducting training, workshops, and development programmes, with at least 2–3 years of experience in training-related functions involving Government teachers.
· Strong capability in conceptualising and designing training content.
· Familiarity with social issues such as child rights, gender discrimination, education, and related development issues.
· Strong training management and programme coordination skills.
· Familiarity with participatory training methodologies.
· Good event management and training logistics skills.
· Strong coordination and liaison skills.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in computers and commonly used office applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate, plan, and ensure effective implementation of all training programmes undertaken under the project.
· Design and facilitate capacity-building programmes for various stakeholders.
· Identify suitable training institutions and partners to support programme objectives.
· Prepare training materials, modules, toolkits, and other learning resources.
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar covering all key staff involved in programme implementation.
· Develop appropriate assessment mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness and participant learning.
· Evaluate the quality of training and grade participants based on a defined evaluation system, identifying further training needs where required.
· Conduct periodic evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of training programmes and recommend improvements.
· Identify and coordinate with technical and management resource persons, subject matter experts, and consultants to provide programme implementation support.
· Maintain appropriate training records, reports, participant data, and documentation for monitoring and review.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
