Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects across residential, commercial, or industrial sectors. The role involves overseeing site operations, managing project timelines, budgets, and teams, ensuring quality control, and liaising with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:
● Lead the full lifecycle of HVAC projects from initiation to handover.
● Prepare project schedules, execution plans, resource plans, and material forecasts.
● Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets; take corrective actions when needed.
● Ensure that all project activities comply with codes, standards, and safety regulations.
● Provide weekly and monthly project status reports to senior management and clients.
Site Supervision:
● Oversee and manage all on-site HVAC activities including installation, commissioning, and testing.
● Supervise HVAC Site Engineers, Technicians, and subcontractors for daily execution.
● Inspect HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water piping, VRF/VRV units, AHUs, FCUs, etc.) for
quality assurance.
● Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and design specifications.
● Conduct daily and weekly site meetings to review progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Client & Vendor Coordination:
● Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
● Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
● Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Documentation & Compliance:
● Maintain all technical documents, site reports, BOQs, inspection reports, and quality checklists.
● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines at the site.
● Manage change requests and ensure documentation of any scope variations.
Team Management:
● Allocate manpower and delegate responsibilities among site teams.
● Train and guide team members for efficient performance and safety compliance.
● Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed as per contract.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
● 5+ years of progressive experience in HVAC project execution and site management.
● Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and controls (VRF/VRV, chilled water, ductwork, etc.).
● Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working under tight deadlines.
● Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
● Knowledge of relevant IS/ASHRAE/SMACNA standards.
Preferred Experience:
● Worked on large-scale commercial, institutional, or industrial HVAC projects
