Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement site-level security and loss prevention strategies.
● Oversee day-to-day security operations across warehouses, offices, and yards.
● Identify high-risk areas and implement controls to prevent theft, pilferage, and damage.
● Conduct surprise checks, audits, and physical verification of stocks.
● Analyze loss incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
● Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and legal requirements.
● Lead, train, and monitor SLP Executives, supervisors, and security guards.
● Conduct regular training on SOPs, vigilance, and emergency response.
● Work closely with Warehouse, Operations, HR, and Finance teams.
● Support stock audits, cycle counts, and year-end physical verification.
Requirements:
● Graduate (Any stream); Diploma / Certification in Security Management preferred
● 5–10 years of experience in Security & Loss Prevention
● Experience in warehouse, logistics, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing setups preferred
● Exposure to audits, investigations, and SOP implementation is mandatory
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
