Urban Smith is a premium furniture and interior solutions company specializing in residential and commercial furniture, modular interiors, and customized design solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and client networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the furniture, interior design, building materials, or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
