The Immigration Filing Manager (or Case Officer) is responsible for managing client immigration and visa applications from initial documentation to final submission. This role involves reviewing, preparing, and filing applications accurately within deadlines, maintaining compliance with immigration regulations, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and visa authorities to ensure smooth case processing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the immigration filing team.
- Allocate cases and monitor workloads to ensure timely completion.
- Review immigration applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all filings comply with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Monitor filing deadlines, visa expirations, and case milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, employees, legal counsel, and government authorities regarding case progress.
- Resolve complex or high-priority immigration cases.
- Maintain accurate case records and document management systems.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate filing officers and support staff.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for filing processes.
- Conduct quality checks before applications are submitted.
- Track application statuses and respond to requests for additional information from immigration authorities.
- Prepare reports on case volumes, approval rates, turnaround times, and team performance.
- Keep the team updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and filing procedures.
- Handle confidential personal and legal information in accordance with privacy and data protection requirements.
- Identify process improvements to increase filing accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as embassies, consulates, government departments, and authorised representatives when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Administration, Law, or related discipline).
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration filing, documentation, or visa processing ,or with academic field experience.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian/UK/Australian immigration systems and document requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
