Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for:
* Calling and counseling prospective students and parents
* Converting leads into admissions
* Explaining course benefits and program details
* Following up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp
* Supporting students through the enrollment process
* Achieving admission and sales targets
* Maintaining proper student and lead records
* Building strong relationships with students and parents
### Requirements
* Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
* Strong counseling or sales skills
* Passion for education and creative learning
* Experience in academic counseling, telesales, education, or admissions preferred
* Freshers with excellent communication may also apply
* Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
### Preferred Background
Experience or interest in:
* Drawing / Creative Arts
* Art Therapy (Kids & Adults)
* Education Counseling
* Western Music Education

### Probation Period
Selected candidates will undergo a *probation period of 3 months*, based on performance, communication, discipline, and target achievement.
