Job Overview: We seek a skilled and passionate Coffee Barista with 1-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of coffee preparation, customer service excellence, and a genuine love for creating the perfect coffee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Craft espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, cold brew, teas, and other specialty beverages following standard recipes and customer preferences and serve them to customers.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of beverages.
- Serve your customers well: Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle customer orders and payments efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and swiftly.
- Maintain operational standards: Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, with attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, including coffee machines, counters, and seating areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation.
- Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Assist and work with the team to restock
- Be a Team Player: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent service during peak hours.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-10 years of barista experience in a coffee shop or similar setting.
- Proficiency in using espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and milk steaming techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ready to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation: Industry Standards plus family health insurance and accommodation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
