About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Draftsman with strong expertise in AutoCAD, elevation drawings and 3D views, preferably with hands-on experience in high-rise residential real estate projects.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing, modifying and coordinating architectural and construction drawings while working closely with the Project, Architecture and Site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare detailed elevation drawings, sections, layouts and working drawings.
- Develop and coordinate 3D views / 3D representations of buildings and architectural elements.
- Prepare drawings for high-rise residential buildings, including plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project requirements and approved designs.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers and site teams for drawing requirements and revisions.
- Incorporate site changes and design revisions into drawings.
- Maintain proper records and versions of drawings and ensure timely issuance of revised drawings.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, detailing and constructability.
- Provide necessary technical drawing support to the project and site teams.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP and other project requirements wherever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a Draftsman in the real estate / construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of building elevations, sections and architectural detailing.
- Experience in preparing 3D views / 3D architectural representations.
- Strong understanding of high-rise residential building construction.
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and convert design concepts into detailed working drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, dimensions, materials and detailing.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site and technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates with experience in residential high-rise projects will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced professional who can independently manage drafting requirements, understand site conditions and coordinate effectively with architects, consultants and project teams.
