About the Role
We're looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to take ownership of audit sign-off, complex tax advisory, and statutory compliance across our client portfolio. This is a senior technical role for someone ready to bring independent judgment and qualified expertise to high-stakes client work, while helping guide the broader team.
What You'll Do
- Own audit sign-off and final review across assigned client engagements
- Provide complex tax advisory, including planning and structuring guidance for individuals and businesses
- Ensure statutory compliance across the client portfolio, staying current with regulatory changes
- Review and approve work prepared by Senior Associates and Associates
- Act as a technical point of escalation for complex client queries
- Liaise directly with clients on high-level compliance, advisory, and audit matters
- Support the Partner(s) in maintaining audit quality and firm-wide compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong technical knowledge of audit standards, tax law, and statutory compliance
- Proven ability to sign off on audits and take ownership of client deliverables
- Experience advising on complex tax matters for individuals and businesses
- Comfort reviewing and mentoring junior team members
- Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
