Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing student enrollments and enhancing the institution’s brand presence through offline marketing, institutional tie-ups, and on-ground promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute offline marketing strategies to promote courses and training programs
Drive student admissions through school, college, and institutional partnerships
Organize and manage seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, open houses, and education fairs
Coordinate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets
Develop and manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, posters, standees, and print advertisements
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, consultants, and training partners
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Track inquiries, walk-ins, conversions, and admission performance from offline activities
Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with vendors (printers, event organizers, media agencies)
Prepare periodic marketing and admissions performance reports for management
