We are hiring motivated and experienced professionals for the role of Counsellor – Admissions & Mentorship (UPSC & SSC). This position blends student counselling, mentorship, and admissions support, making it ideal for candidates who have firsthand experience with competitive exam preparation and are passionate about guiding aspirants toward success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel UPSC & SSC aspirants on preparation strategies, course selection, and realistic timelines.
- Mentor students to develop discipline, consistency, and an exam-oriented mindset.
- Manage the admissions process with transparency, integrity, and a student-first approach.
- Address aspirant queries and concerns while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with academic and faculty teams to monitor and support student progress.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum one serious attempt in UPSC and/or SSC examinations (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the UPSC/SSC preparation ecosystem.
- Prior experience in counselling, admissions, mentoring, or teaching is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
