Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tele-calling Team Leader to manage, motivate, and guide our team of tele-callers to meet daily and monthly sales targets. In this role, you will monitor call performance, provide regular coaching, and ensure high-quality customer service. You will track key metrics, assign calling databases, and generate performance reports for management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in a call center environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of tele-calling executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and ensure they are met.
- Monitor live calls and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Assign data and calling lists to team members fairly and efficiently.
- Track team performance metrics like conversion rates, talk time, and call quality.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare and submit daily performance reports to senior management.
- Identify training needs and conduct onboarding for new team members.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
Experience Requirement:
- Prior experience in tele-sales, customer service is highly preferred.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience specifically in a Team Leader or Senior Tele-caller role.
