Job Description:
We are hiring an enthusiastic and result-oriented IELTS Trainer to join our English language training team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing students for both the Academic and General Training IELTS modules and a passion for helping learners achieve their desired band scores. You will be responsible for delivering structured, high-impact training sessions that focus on all four modules of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality IELTS training sessions to individual and group learners.
- Train students in all four modules — Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Identify learning gaps and provide personalized strategies to improve performance.
- Teach exam techniques, time management, vocabulary building, and grammar relevant to IELTS.
- Design, update, and maintain IELTS course materials, practice papers, and assignments.
- Conduct mock tests and provide detailed feedback and band score estimations.
- Track student performance and maintain regular progress reports.
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve target band scores (6.5+, 7+, or as required).
- Guide students on exam registration and certification procedures.
- Stay updated on IELTS test patterns, scoring criteria, and exam changes.
- Assist students with general English improvement, communication skills, and confidence building.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of IELTS training or English language teaching experience.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with current IELTS exam patterns, scoring, and question types.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IELTS band score of 7.5 or above (with 7+ in each module preferred).
- Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or IELTS-specific trainer certifications is preferred.
- Experience teaching online and using digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS).
- Ability to teach General English, PTE, or OET is a bonus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
