Job Overview:
Middleton Inn is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote our hotel services, banquet facilities, and hospitality offerings. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and increasing bookings through direct field marketing and corporate visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit corporate offices, event planners, travel agents, and local businesses to generate leads
Promote hotel rooms, banquet services, and event packages
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Organize promotional activities and local marketing campaigns
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (hotel or hospitality preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentable personality with professional attitude
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Local market knowledge of Kolkata preferred
