- Enter and update sales orders, quotations, customer details, and inquiries in the ERP/CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, dispatch details, and customer information.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies in sales records.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely entry of orders and customer requirements.
- Track pending quotations, orders, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain records of dealer, distributor, and customer databases.
- Assist in preparing sales MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical sales documents and records.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Experience:
