Job Description
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive Retail Sales along with Government Projects in the Chennai market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of dealer sales as well as experience in handling Government and Institutional projects within the Building Materials industry.
This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, government departments, and project stakeholders while achieving sales targets and expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive retail sales through dealers and distributors.
Handle Government and Institutional projects.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, government departments, and key customers.
Generate sales through retail channels and government projects.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Chennai market.
Experience in both Retail Sales and Government Projects.
Must have experience in the Building Materials industry.
Candidates from Paint and Cement industries will not be considered.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
