Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand the dealer and retailer network in the Bardhaman market.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new business leads.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and customers.
Ensure timely payment collections and smooth service coordination.
Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Graduate or Higher Secondary passed with relevant experience.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Field Marketing (Experience in the automotive battery, lubricants, or FMCG sector will be a huge advantage).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Traits: Exceptionally hardworking, dedicated, and highly responsible.
Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driving license.
Location: Thorough knowledge of the Bardhaman local market area.
