Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC/CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Set tools and offsets under supervisor guidance.
- Perform basic machine setting and tool changing.
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Ensure component quality as per drawing specifications.
- Follow safety rules and company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the machine.
- Inform supervisor about machine issues, tool breakage, or production problems.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
