About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead and expand our Calicut branch operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in target-driven sales, and the ability to manage team performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve branch-level sales and revenue targets
- Lead, train, and monitor the branch sales team
- Drive business through cold calling, client meetings, and local networking
- Maintain strong conversion ratios and NIL pending follow-ups
- Build relationships with clients, event planners, and strategic partners
- Ensure timely payment closures and transaction tracking
- Monitor KPI metrics, sales performance, and audit compliance
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and MIS tracking
Required Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Team Handling
- Proven track record in target-based sales and branch operations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in photography, events, hospitality, or service industry preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting systems
