Patient Counseling & Conversion
We are hiring a Sales Executive for our hospital to connect with patients, guide them about available treatment services, and help them take the right decision for consultation, admission, tests, procedures, or treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with patients and attendants in a polite, confident, and convincing manner.
- Understand the patient’s medical concern, financial concern, urgency, and treatment need.
- Explain hospital services, doctors, treatment facilities, admission process, packages, and benefits.
- Convert OPD patients into IPD admissions, tests, procedures, surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, or other services as applicable.
Lead Follow-up
- Call and follow up with patient leads received through phone, WhatsApp, website, social media, walk-ins, doctor referrals, and campaigns.
- Maintain regular follow-up until the patient visits the hospital or confirms treatment.
- Update every call, patient status, next follow-up date, and conversion reason in CRM/HMS.
Hospital Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, reception, billing, nursing, pharmacy, and operations team to ensure smooth patient journey.
- Help patients understand treatment cost, available packages, admission process, and payment steps.
- Escalate financial concerns or conversion blockers to the manager/doctor immediately.
Doctor & Referral Support
- Support referral marketing by maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and local healthcare contacts.
- Share patient updates with referral sources as per hospital policy.
- Help generate new patient references through ethical and professional communication.
Daily Reporting
- Maintain proper records of calls, visits, OPD, IPD conversions, lost patients, reasons for non-conversion, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily sales report to the reporting manager.
- Achieve monthly targets for OPD visits, admissions, revenue, and patient conversions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
