About the Role
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with 3–5 years of experience in real estate or luxury brands. The ideal candidate will create compelling, high-converting content for luxury residential and resort projects across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Write content for websites, landing pages, brochures, blogs, emailers, social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and sales presentations.
- Develop engaging project narratives for luxury real estate and residential developments.
- Create SEO-friendly blogs and website content.
- Produce ad copies, video scripts, campaign content, and marketing collateral.
- Research market trends, buyer personas, and project locations to create impactful content.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to deliver high-quality communication.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of content writing experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital content.
- Ability to write persuasive marketing and sales content.
- Experience with luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or property marketing is an advantage.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
