Roles and Responsibilities:
Director /VP/President Business Development– Staff Augmentation (Staffing Business) will be required to acquire clients for ITCONS staff leasing services to Indian clients. He will also focus on Rebadging business of staffing.
Prior experience in acquiring staffing / staff leasing business for IT/ NON-IT; preference to be given to resources coming from competitors like Quess Corp, Adeco, Manpower, Team lease etc. Those only having experience in recruitment business development will be strictly NO.
Annual Target is to add minimum 3000 staffing resources in ITCONS portfolio through new positions from various clients or through rebadging.
Responsible for presentations, company presentation and taking full responsibility of sales and marketing team for staffing business.
Involved in end-to-end business staffing development activities.
Will head the team of Business Development Managers.
