About the Role
VentureBridge Business Solutions LLP is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create engaging visual content for the company's digital platforms, marketing activities, and business requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and practical knowledge of graphic designing and video editing tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Create creative graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other business requirements.
* Design social media posts, banners, brochures, promotional creatives, and other marketing materials.
* Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.
* Add appropriate text, transitions, music, effects, subtitles, and other elements to videos.
* Create visually appealing and engaging content while maintaining brand consistency.
* Work with the marketing and business development teams to understand content requirements.
* Convert ideas, concepts, and briefs into creative visual content.
* Edit and enhance photos, images, and other visual assets when required.
* Ensure all designs and videos are properly formatted for different social media platforms.
* Maintain consistency in fonts, layouts, branding, and visual style.
* Take creative initiative and suggest new content and design ideas.
* Manage multiple design and editing tasks and complete them within deadlines.
* Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the final output meets requirements.
* Organize and maintain design files, project files, and other creative assets.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
* 0–2 years of experience in graphic designing and video editing.
* Freshers with a strong portfolio and good practical skills may also apply.
* Good knowledge of graphic design and video editing principles.
* Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
* Good understanding of typography, layouts, colours, composition, and visual hierarchy.
* Ability to create content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
* Good attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
* Ability to understand creative briefs and work independently.
Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of current social media content and design trends.
