Position: Supply Executive
Role Summary
The Supply Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding LoadMee’s driver and vehicle supply network to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely fulfillment of client requirements. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, and field execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Supply & Vendor Management
Identify, onboard, and manage drivers, fleet owners, and delivery partners.
Ensure continuous vehicle availability as per operational demands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and supply partners.
Conduct regular follow-ups with drivers and fleet vendors for operational support.
Operations Coordination
Coordinate with operations and client teams for smooth execution of deliveries.
Ensure timely deployment of vehicles and manpower.
Handle day-to-day supply-related escalations and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor attendance, compliance, and performance of delivery partners.
Onboarding & Documentation
Verify KYC and other operational documents of drivers/vendors.
Maintain onboarding records, agreements, and compliance documentation.
Ensure all supply partners follow company SOPs and operational policies.
Field Operations
Conduct field visits for driver/vendor engagement and issue resolution.
Support recruitment drives and local supply expansion activities.
Monitor market availability and competitor activities related to logistics supply.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain daily and weekly MIS reports related to supply operations.
Share updates with management regarding supply performance and challenges.
Track fulfillment rates, vendor productivity, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, vendor management, or supply management preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and field coordination skills may also apply.
