Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidate interviews.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
- Address employee queries and assist in employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
- Assist in performance management and training coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment (or as applicable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
