Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who are interested in building their career in HR Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Indeed, Foundit, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment records.
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms.
- Assist with onboarding and other HR activities.
