Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Academic Counselor cum Telecaller to manage student inquiries, provide course guidance, and support the admissions process. This role involves handling leads, counseling prospective students, and ensuring smooth front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counseling & Admissions
- Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, and career opportunities
- Guide students through the admission process and documentation
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
2. Telecalling & Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or tracking systems
3. Front Office & Coordination
- Welcome and assist walk-in students and visitors
- Coordinate with faculty and internal teams
- Schedule meetings and student appointments
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups
- Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, telecalling, or front office roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
