Responsible for managing end-to-end Air and Ocean Import operations, leading the import team, ensuring excellent customer service, timely billing, customs compliance, and efficient coordination with customers, overseas offices, transportation providers, and Customs House Agents (CHA).
- Manage and oversee Air and Ocean Import shipments from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate closely with customers, overseas offices, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and proactive communication.
- Lead and support the Import Operations team to achieve service and operational objectives.
- Ensure timely billing, invoice dispatch, portal uploads, approval tracking, and payment follow-up.
- Handle customs-related queries, especially for DDP shipments, in coordination with CHA and provide solutions to customers and overseas offices.
- Manage White Glove deliveries, including transportation coordination and timely system updates.
- Review Pathway Loss Reports on a monthly basis and take corrective actions where required.
- Conduct weekly GTC file audits and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and process compliance.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics, with strong exposure to Import Operations.
- Knowledge of Air & Ocean Imports, Customs Clearance, DDP Shipments, and Customer Service.
