Job Summary
Finetools Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled PLC Programmer to design, develop, test, and commission automation systems for Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). The candidate should have hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI development, electrical panel commissioning, and machine troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for SPMs and industrial automation systems.
- Design and configure HMI screens for machine operation.
- Perform machine commissioning and on-site installation at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, sensors, VFD, and electrical control issues.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and control panel wiring diagrams.
- Coordinate with Design, Mechanical, and Production teams during machine assembly and testing.
- Prepare PLC backup files, documentation, and operation manuals.
- Provide customer support during machine installation and after-sales service.
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of PLCs such as Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Allen-Bradley.
- Experience with HMI programming (Weintek, Siemens, Delta, etc.).
- Knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and industrial automation components.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control systems.
- Willingness to travel for customer installations and service support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
