Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to support the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Research potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Reach out to prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.

Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
