Position Overview
Creative Carve Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all Human Resource functions in a manufacturing environment. The incumbent will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, performance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role requires strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of labour laws, and the ability to effectively manage both blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, workmen, and contract labour.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical manufacturing and support functions.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Ensure smooth integration of employees into the organization.
2. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations (IR)
- Foster positive employee relations and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Manage interactions with unions and contract workforce where applicable.
- Liaise with labour departments, government authorities, and statutory bodies.
3. HR Policies & Statutory Compliance
- Implement and periodically review HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Factories Act, and related regulations.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain statutory records and documentation.
4. Performance Management & Employee Development
- Drive the performance management process including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify training and development needs across departments.
- Organize technical, behavioural, and leadership development programs.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Oversee employee welfare facilities including canteen, transport, health, safety, and other welfare programs.
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement actions.
6. HR Operations & Administration
- Supervise payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Manage HRIS and employee records.
- Ensure compliance of contract labour and third-party workforce.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
7. Leadership & Business Partnership
- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with Plant Head, Production, Finance, and other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
- Experience managing manufacturing workforce, including blue-collar employees.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/HRIS, and payroll systems.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW, or equivalent qualification.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Proven experience in handling employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
