Role Summary:
The Sales Head will lead the sales and business development activities for the company’s elevator manufacturing and installation division. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing strong relationships with builders and contractors, and managing the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
•Identify and secure new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and contractors.
•Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure target achievement and productivity.
•Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
•Track upcoming construction projects and participate in tenders and project bidding.
•Coordinate with engineering, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution and delivery.
•Monitor sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and submit periodic sales reports to management.
•Ensure high customer satisfaction and promote long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
•MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
•5–8 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in elevators, construction, or building equipment industry.
•Proven experience in handling B2B project-based sales and managing sales teams.
