We are looking for a high-energy Sales Head to immediately lead our sales operations and accelerate business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- B2B & B2C Growth: Drive retail voucher sales (B2C) and establish corporate partnerships, institutional tie-ups, and alliances with coaching centers (B2B).
- Market Expansion: Identify new pipeline opportunities for bulk IT and English proficiency voucher sales globally.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee daily sales operations, manage CRM tracking, and deliver accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiner (Maximum 10 to 15 days joining time is mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience strictly within the same industry (EdTech, corporate training, test prep, or certification/voucher sales).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and scaling a sales team for at least 5 years.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of major IT paths (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco) and English exams (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE).
