The organization has a pan-India presence with offices across major cities and an international footprint across multiple countries.
Role Overview
Business Development, Marketing & Sales for a premium outdoor playground equipment product vertical.
Target Clientele: Builders, Schools, Clubs, Malls, Public Parks, PSU Companies, Resorts, Architects, Landscape Companies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, furniture, playground equipment, or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications (added advantage)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel frequently
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects and private institutions
- Meet sales targets through strategic planning and relationship management
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and site visits
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to propose customized solutions
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and manage contract negotiations
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and growth areas
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events
Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate / PG / MBA
- Experience in institutional or project-based sales to the construction industry
- Prior exposure to Builders, Architects, or Landscape Consultants preferred
- Existing network/contacts with Architects or Builders is a strong advantage
- Strong public relations, follow-up, communication, and PR skills
- Good time management, team collaboration, and prioritization skills
- Age: up to 40 years

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
