Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for increasing hospital business, building relationships with doctors, corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral partners, and promoting hospital services in the market. The role focuses on patient growth, brand promotion, and revenue generation through strategic marketing and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Develop strategies to increase patient inflow and hospital revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, health packages, and facilities.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with corporate companies for employee health check-up tie-ups.
- Maintain good relationships with TPAs and insurance companies.
Marketing Activities
- Conduct field visits, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Promote hospital services through online and offline marketing channels.
Corporate Tie-Ups
- Generate corporate leads for health checkups and healthcare services.
- Maintain agreements and communication with corporate clients.
- Follow up with organizations for renewals and service feedback.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily and monthly business development reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and patient feedback.
- Submit performance reports to management.
Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, operations, reception, and billing departments for smooth patient services.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and proper handling of referrals.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good marketing and negotiation ability.
- Knowledge of hospital services and healthcare industry.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Field marketing and presentation skills.
- Must know about insurance sales as well.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in hospital marketing or healthcare business development preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time
- Field visits and travel may be required.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
