About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to lead operations at our Basti property. This is a critical leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, team management capabilities, and the ability to ensure smooth business performance in a sensitive operating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all hotel operations and departmental functions.
- Ensure service excellence and consistent guest satisfaction.
- Manage revenue performance, budgeting, and cost controls.
- Drive employee productivity, engagement, and discipline.
- Handle guest relations, escalations, and operational challenges effectively.
- Maintain compliance with statutory, safety, and brand standards.
- Coordinate closely with corporate leadership on business objectives and performance targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 5–9 years of hospitality experience with proven success in hotel operations leadership.
- Prior experience as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Unit Head, or equivalent role.
- Strong people management and decision-making skills.
- Presentable personality with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in managing operationally sensitive properties will be an advantage.
Preferred Requirements:
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.
- Strong operational background in Rooms Division and F&B Operations.
