A. Front Desk Management
- Greet and receive patients courteously.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
- Manage the patient waiting area to ensure comfort and order.
B. Tele calling and Communication
- Make and receive calls for appointments, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Explain treatment packages, clinic timings, and basic procedures to callers.
- Handle queries from CGHS, DGHS, NTPC and other empanelled beneficiaries.
C. Appointment Scheduling
- Efficiently schedule appointments to optimize doctor availability and reduce wait times.
- Coordinate with doctors and support staff to avoid appointment overlaps.
- Reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or delays.
D. Patient Registration and Data Entry
- Register new patients and update existing patient records in the clinic management software.
- Collect and verify government empanelment cards (CGHS, DGHS, etc.) and ID proofs.
- Ensure correct entry of demographic and insurance/empanelment details.
E. Documentation and NABH Compliance
- Maintain updated files of patient records, consent forms, and treatment notes.
- Assist in preparing reports required for NABH audits and daily documentation.
- Adhere strictly to NABH protocols for recordkeeping, privacy, and safety.
F. Billing and Cash Handling
- Generate bills accurately as per the service/treatment provided.
- Handle payments in cash/card/UPI and issue receipts.
- Coordinate billing processes for CGHS/DGHS patients as per empanelment guidelines.
G. Coordination and Internal Communication
- Act as a link between patients, doctors, and support staff.
- Ensure timely communication of changes in schedules or emergencies.
- Assist in managing dental camps and logistics if required.
H. Feedback and Grievance Handling
- Collect patient feedback as per NABH guidelines.
- Escalate complaints or grievances to the clinic manager or quality coordinator.
I. Hygiene and Safety Awareness
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed at the front desk.
- Promote hand hygiene, mask usage, and social distancing (when applicable).
J. Miscellaneous
- Maintain stationery and front-desk supplies.
- Support basic admin tasks like courier handling, email responses, and printing.
Pay: ₹8,829.73 - ₹15,290.37 per month
