Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and API-driven digital platforms.
- Lead architecture governance for urban governance systems and citizen services.
- Ensure system interoperability, reliability, performance, and security.
- Work with government departments, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Support AI, analytics, and executive dashboard initiatives.
- Define technical standards, solution roadmaps, and platform strategies.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, to senior officials and vendor leadership.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct enablement sessions, architecture reviews, and technical workshops.
- Guide digital transformation initiatives using modern technologies and open standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Competency
- Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and Distributed Systems
- Hands-on experience with:
Java / Spring Boot
PostgreSQL / SQL Databases
CI/CD & DevOps Practices
Kubernetes & Cloud Environments
Git, Jenkins, YAML/JSON, Swagger/Open API
- Knowledge of Python, Elasticsearch, NodeJS, ReactJS is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
