About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and assertive Factory Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations at Exicom Technologies. You will be responsible for running a disciplined, efficient, and quality-compliant production floor — managing people, processes, and output for advanced defence and aerospace systems. This is a high-ownership role that demands strong operational leadership and a sharp eye for quality and delivery.
Experience Required.
- Minimum 1-2 years Experience with aerospace, Defence & Telecommunication systems.
- Exposure to QA/QC systems and reliability documentation
- Experience writing for regulatory compliance ( DGA&QA,). technical writing or documentation in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and test reports
Skills Required
- Knowledge about testing of communication systems, including EMI/EMC tests.
- Knowledge about JSS 55555 & Airworthiness-MIL standards.
- Documents for certifications.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, and technical terminology.
