Customer Success Operations Manager – CPaaS Industry

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive customer onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal initiatives.
- Monitor customer health scores and proactively identify and manage at-risk accounts.
- Analyze customer usage, revenue, and performance data to generate actionable business insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Monitor CPaaS channels including SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, and RCS while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support customer growth and revenue expansion.
- Automate recurring reports and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Support, and Engineering teams to enhance customer experience.
- Manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM and maintain accurate customer data.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms and business intelligence tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and reporting expertise.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or Data Analytics is preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
