Job Summary
We are looking for a Back Office Executive who will be responsible for coordinating with Registrars and Transfer Agents (RTAs), handling documentation-heavy processes, resolving operational bottlenecks, and providing timely client support.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive paperwork, regular follow-ups, maintaining proper records, and ensuring smooth movement of cases from initiation to closure. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked with RTAs or handled RTA-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. RTA Coordination
- Coordinate with RTAs such as KFintech, Link Intime, Bigshare, Cameo, MUFG Intime, etc.
- Follow up on pending cases and resolve queries through regular calls and emails.
- Communicate RTA requirements clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Update case status and maintain records in CRM/tracker systems.
2. Documentation & Operations
- Handle extensive paperwork and verify client documents.
- Maintain proper physical and digital records of cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing and execution.
3. Query Resolution
- Resolve issues related to pending documentation or clarifications.
- Ensure smooth movement of cases until closure.
- Escalate critical matters to senior management when required.
4. Client Support
- Provide regular updates to clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Guide clients regarding documentation and process requirements.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, financial services, or RTA-related work.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience working in RTAs or handling RTA coordination.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, manage pressure situations, and maintain accuracy in documentation.
- Comfortable handling extensive paperwork and regular follow-up calls.
