Role Overview:
Dedicated Advocate Associate to support our litigation team, focusing on High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, Arbitration, Real Estate, and Writ Matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation cases across forums.
· Conduct trials, draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and negotiate settlements.
- Represent clients in hearings and arbitrations.
- Research legal issues and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with senior advocates and update clients.
· Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications:
- LLB from a recognized university, enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 4-6 years of litigation experience in DRT, NCLT, RERA, Arbitration, and Real Estate.
- Proficiency in Marathi (mandatory).
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
